Home Spun

Bega Valley Shire Library is celebrating NSW Women’s Week and International Women’s Day this year with another evening of true and personal storytelling and live music. Our 2021 event  Likely Story  was a great success - the livestream recording has had over 400 views. You can watch the 2021  full version here . We are looking for homespun stories from the women of the southeast based on the theme of HOME. How has home shaped you? Why did you leave your homeland? How are you connected to country? What does home mean to you? Is home where the heart is? If you think you have a true story 10 minutes or less to tell,   pitch your story   idea using the library’s online recorder.   Read more .
