Comics Plus

This week the Bega Valley Shire Library is celebrating the launch of an exciting new online resource, Comics Plus.  With Comics Plus, customers can “read all the comics” with unlimited access to thousands of digital comics, manga, and picture books on computers, tablets, and phones. There are no holds, wait lists, or monthly borrowing limits, and new titles are added to every week.

Customers have the option to choose between the full collection, which includes a diverse selection of titles from a variety of popular publishers, as well as the Comics Plus Children’s Library, where young readers have access to thousands of age-appropriate digital comics, manga, learn to read books and picture books.

Cat McLean, Acting Systems and Collections Librarian said “Graphic novels, comics and manga are growing in popularity incredibly quickly, for readers of all ages. It is exciting to be able to offer such a fantastic resource to our library customers”.
